Thittakudi is Musugundan head quarters of 35 Panchayat villages. There is powerful god of Ayyanar, Sivan kovil, Veeranar, Vairavan, Mariyammam. Pattukkottai to Mannargudi via 6km Tamil Nadu.

Musugundan

Musugundhan is name of a community in India, located in Tamil Nadu State, Thanjavur District, that comprises 35 villages. The community is named after a king who ruled a part of South India. Community in this place in the modern era is classified as Velallar.
All the villages are well supplied with cauvery water and people survive with agriculture. Most of the places in ancient times looked like forest and hence the name Kadu is added as a suffix to all the names.
In the modern era, most of the places in these villages above the water level are supplied with the bore wells.
The Musungundan Community comprises 32 Villages. Initially it was 35, however, it has since been reduced to 32.
